Tee Times
Call the Starter by Thursday of for a Saturday tee time

You should be at the golf course at least 25 minutes before your tee time to accommodate changes in start times and cancellations

If you sign up to play and can’t make it, please call the Starter. Call at least 1 hour before the start time.  Calling the pro shop at the last minute is unacceptable

A $2 fine will be assessed to all players that sign up and do not cancel in advance

Score Cards
Keep your score and that of your foursome

  • Indicate player’s last names on cards
  • Your name should be the first one listed

After completing your round, add, date, sign and attest your scorecards

Two score cards per foursome must be turned in

  • One to the Tournament Chair
  • One to the Handicapper

Adjusting Your Score
For handicap purposes, you are required to adjust your hole scores when they are higher than the maximum number you can post.  There is no limit to the number of holes on which you can adjust your score.

Adjust your score per hole based on the equitable stroke control as follows:

Post your gross scores until you have an established handicap (10, 9-hole rounds or 5, 18-hole rounds). Once you have an established handicap, review your card and adjust as necessary

Posting Your Score
Post your score in two places

  • The tournament book (Gross score not adjusted)
  • The computer In the Pro Shop (Adjusted Score)

How To Post Your Score In the Computer

  • Press 1 to post guest score
  • Enter your GHIN #, hit next
  • Enter your last name, hit next
  • Press 4 to choose women’s 9, hit next
  • Press 1 for Here, hit next
  • Take default tees, hit next
  • Enter your adjusted or gross score
  • Verify the information is correct then press enter to post

The computer screen will recap what you have input

If any information is not correct, press the corresponding # to modify it, otherwise press Enter to post.

Some members have inadvertently posted their 9 hole scores as 18 hole scores using the men’s slope/rating.  This can cause your handicap to go down drastically! If you do, notify the club Handicapper.
